As I always enjoy making a picture, what could be more Christmassy than a pink Christmas tree on a cold winter's night!
I have used Crafty Ann's Christmas Tree digi image, made three trees slightly different sizes and printed them out onto Ann's very vibrant Magenta Polished Stone backing paper. Each tree has been severely Stickled and decorated with black and magenta sequins. The white background paper has been torn into hill shapes and mounted onto black card. Jones Tones glitter onto Pearlydoodles (as per Lavinia Stamps) creates lovely raised sparkly stars. One of Ann's sentiment tickets completes the card.
Leave a comment and get a chance to win a prize and I hope you will join us over at Crafty Ann's Challenge Blog. Where there are even more prizes to be won!

Janet, your severely stickled pinkish trees are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all....I love where you live if that's a picture view from your house or near you.....breath taking! My next wish is to go to Scotland and hit the backroads....I have enough frequent flyer points, I just need to know where to go and where to stay and not the typical tourist things. Second, Your tree and the other DT member Christmas tree's are my favorite. Yup...non-tradtional colors.
ReplyDeleteThis is so effective - the combination of pink, black and white, although not traditional Christmas colours really does the job.
ReplyDeleteGreat card.
