I thought I would have a change this week and make an easel card. The entire card is made with freebies with the exception of the gold glitter pearlidoodles that I bought from the local craft shop. The main image is by Nina J. May and I sized this to fit Labels 8 Nestabilities -1. I used crayons and OMS to colour the image and Sakura Stardust pens for the coloured lights and parcels. The bp is from Bearly Mine. The reindeer is mounted onto a backing card which has been spritzed with Glimmer mists and cut out with the largest Labels 8. The sentiment is by Crafters Companion.I apologise for the poor photograph but it has been so dark here today. Thanks for stopping by and please feel free to leave a comment - all are appreciated
Gorgeous card Janet I adore that image and the design.

This is fabulous Janet. I love the little trees in the corner
ReplyDeleteLove the reindeer but can't decide if he's resting before helping Santa or pooped after all the deliveries. Either way it's a gorgeous card. Hugs x
ReplyDeleteWow, Janet, wonderful cards and tags you have made the last time. Bravo
ReplyDeleteThis made me smile. The reindeer looks so pleased and content, so nicely coloured too.

I love the reindeer too - he looks really chilled to me and quite comfy. Super card and best of all - made from freebies.

Love the design of this card, Janet. The recipient would be thrilled to get it for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteAbout the "honeycomb" background, I used a Dover image of a cheetah and enlarged it really big. That's the furtherest back background.
Hi Janet,
ReplyDeleteThis is a fabulous card with super papers and a really cool Rudi - can't believe they are all freebies! Thank you for sharing with us at Bah! Humbug!
