Fancied having a go at a masculine card this week and as fishing is very big in this neck of the woods - what better than a trout (or is it a salmon?).
I have used Jayne Netley Mahew Part 2 CD for both the image and the wonderful backing paper. This is the first time I have used buttons on a card (they are recycled from one of John's old shirts!) and have threaded them with linen twine and mounted them over a pheasant feather.
A gorgeous card Janet. Thanks for sharing this with us at CD Sunday.xxx
ReplyDeleteGood card, like the embellishment. It goes well with the backing paper.

This is a lovely card and your embellishments are jsut that bit different. My guess was a salmon but what do I know?
