I started off by spraying some shiny card with three shades of blue mica ink and when it dried I stamped the buildings (Crafty Individuals), reindeer (Clarity Stamps) and star (Papermania) in black Archival ink.
The star is embossed with Stardust embossing powder for sparkle and shine.
The ribbon is printed satin from Lidl and the backing paper is from Graphicus.
