CD Sunday Challenge - Anything Goes!

John's sister Pat will be celebrating her Ruby wedding anniversary later this month and I thought that they might like a hand made card for a change!

The roses are made from 110 gsm paper and have been stamped in gold and also highlighted with crystal glitter. The hearts are stamped and embossed in Japanese Lacquer and Gold EP. The stamp is by Elusive Images.

Decadent Brocade CD by Artylicious provided the patterned backing paper, the design is called Eleanor, which coincidentally, is the name of my daughter. The gold backing paper is from my stash. The corner detail was punched with a bargain Martha Stewart punch.

I do hope Pat and John will like their card. I enjoyed making it.

Thanks for stopping by and do feel free to leave a comment - I do appreciate them.

  4. Janet if I was Pat and John I would be over the moon, this is a very elegant card and you wouldn't expect anything else using such products. Thanks for joining in with us at CD Sunday again this week and for showing you don't have to use eveything from a cd to enter.

  5. Love the card! Hope my inspirational vibes helped a little. I'm sure Pat and John will love it too!!

(When I read the title of your post on my blog list, I just started singing the song. Think my head would've taken me down some sort of Art Deco feel.)

    Love
