This is yet another first for me. I had to look up "steampunk" to find out what it meant. I had a fair idea from Frankie's lovely sample but it was a totally new word for me!
I gessoed and mat gelled a piston diagram (Graphics Fairy) to the tag and then overstamped it with a background stamp of cogs and clocks (Creative Expressions) and clear embossed. At the bottom of the tag I stuck on a thick layer of Iron Ferro paint and pressed a few cogs into it for texture. When it was dry it was brushed with copper Perfect Pearls. The edwardian man (Elusive Images) was overstamped in black Archival and the metal hardware added. The words are computer generated.
To finish I added a metal D ring.
