I love poetry so whenever there is an opportunity to introduce some - I am there!The poem is by Henry W. Longfellow and just about says it all. The backing paper is from Cottage Gardens by Joanna Sheeen and features delphiniums which are in bloom just now. I used irridescent lavender and key lime Brilliance ink to sponge the text and added prima flowers spritzed with Sticky Fingers Violet and Lilac inks. The centres are lavender Pearlidoodles.
