This has to be one of my most favourite images! Can you get anything more elegant than this mouse? I have used the wonderful Seraphina CD and given this beauty another outing. The background paper is Bearly Mine and the doily has been inked with Spun Sugar Distress Ink and dusted with mauve and pink Perfect Pearls for a lovely sheen. Three pearls complete.

DragonsDream TIO #111 - Alice
I have used stamps from Clear Art Stamps for this tag. The base was stamped with an alphabet background stamp then brayered with Foliage Big and Juicy Ink. It was then spritzed with water and when dry, the images were embossed with peach coloured embossing powder and coloured with Derwent Inktense pencils. The twins were embossed in black and coloured with pencils and added separately, they remind me very much of people I used to work with! The pocket watch is a Spellbinders die that has been dusted with Perfect Pearls. I have had this die for ages but never used it before.

RainbowLady's Challenge #143 - Best Friends
Couldn't resist a canine theme to this week's topic of Best Friends seeing as Crufts is on the tv at the moment. I am a big dog fan and am absolutely delighted that the handsome Boxer won the Working Dog Section yesterday evening. Recognition for this lovely breed is long overdue. John and I have owned five Boxers over the years, sadly they have all gone to the big kennel in the sky.My 4x4 page is a digi stamp from who-knows -where and it is coloured with Copics. The sky was coloured with light blue copic and then overstamped with a cloud stamp in white Brilliance and then dusted with Pearl Perfect Pearls. I am very pleased with the result and will definately use it again! The sentiment was a freebie in a craft magazine.
Thanks for dropping by and feel free to leave a comment - I need cheering up, it is snowing very heavily here in the North East of Scotland.

DragonsDream TIO #64 - Impress It On
As I again failed to be mentioned in the New Year's Honours List, I thought I would make a gong of my own! Only kidding ...Santa brought me a Melt Pot and this tag is its maiden outing. I have used an Elusive Images peacock feather stamp and coloured the impression with Perfect Pearls and fixed a gem in the centre of the eye. I found using my Melt Pot to be totally absorbing and would be grateful for any suggestions and advice with regard to what I can make. I can see it is going to take up a much bigger part of my crafting life.
Thank you for visiting and your comments are very much appreciated.
