Here are just a few of my regular bird visitors enjoying a meal. Unfortunately we have now run out of bird seed and my supplier has none in stock either because all her deliveries have been held over due to the freezing conditions.
At the moment they are being fed on soaked lentils and barley and also boiled potatoes - as that is all I have. Let's hope the supply wagon rolls in next week!
Lucky birds having you to care for them, not surprised they pop round for that grub. Hope you get new supplies soon and that you are staying warm.

Wonderful bird picture, Janet. Maybe they will eat bread crumbs.
ReplyDeleteJaet your birds are beautiful and big too. I hope that the truck will be able to come around soon. Stay warm and thank you for sharing your wonderful photo. :)

Beautiful picture Janet what about cereal? Elizabeth x
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this photo of your feathered friends Janet. I've been saying all week that anyone would think we were in the north of Scotland from the amount of snow we have here and looking at your photo confirms this.
ReplyDeleteI too am heartily sick of it now but have an awful feeling we are in for a lot more before this winter is over.
Sorry I haven't visited for a while but time seems to be running away from me recently and I'm way behind with everything .............. including making my Christmas cards. I look like buying some this year and that really upsets me.
Take care and stay warm.
Hugs
